Harlandale Graduate (1993) and served in the infantry in the Army. George loves cooking, hunting and music. George fell in love with cooking and decided to start a food truck. His favorite thing is seeing a review come or a customer take a picture with his food.
East Central Graduate (1992). Regina enjoys marketing the truck and talking to customers and listening to their stories. She feels that getting to know her customers helps her find valuable resources to create connections. She is also a mobile notary for the Atascosa Area. Ask about our mobile notary.
Highlands High School Graduate (2011). He's the Head Chef for Grunts Grill. Dominic is a gamer and loves online gaming. Dominic is also Regina's Son and loves to cook. Compliments to our chef! Thank you Dominic for all you do on the grill!
Orange Grove grad (1965). He was a Vietnam-era Vet, (RA) regular army . He served his county as a Crypto Teletype Operator. You may recognize him as the Cashier and Marketer of Grunts Grill.
a Harlandale Graduate (1968) where she took a trade for Cosmetology. She soon opened Brookside Beauty Salon in 1981 and was a successful business owner for 30 years. Mary helps the food truck when needed and taught her daughter how to run a business
